Preparing for Smokebox Rivets

The new smokebox was temporarily installed with bolts in case the alignment needed to be tweaked when the boiler would be installed on the frame. Now that the boiler is on the frame the bolts will be replaced with rivets and the holes need to be enlarged to proper size.
